What are the specific issues which the people behind STFC have against coming together as Scarborough United?

On paying the Trust membership everyone has an equal say (no more shifty blokes in big overcoats with gate money in the boot of the car!!) and can stand for election to the board if they wish to and hence influence future policy.

Do the people at STFC have some specific accusations that the club founders derailed SFC?
If so these should be aired, discussed and resolved in the open otherwise this bad blood will continue and continue.
